Three people got away passing when an uncompleted three-story building given way on Thursday in Elakahia people group, Obio/Apkor Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The building, which was close culmination and situated around NYSC Road in Alakahia, given way at around 6 am, while neighbors were still sleeping.
It was learnt that around three laborers at the development site were incidentally dwelling in the building, yet it couldn't be found out at press time on the off chance that they were in the building when the fall happened.

Amefule communicated fear over the lives of the tenants of the building, asking why they were not inside sight while the group viewed.
