PASTOR RAPES AND IMPREGNATES 16 YEARS OLD GIRL DURING DELIVERANCE.

For supposedly assaulting and impregnating a young person, Joe Pelle, 37, was on Wednesday brought before an Ikeja Chief Magistrates' Court.
Pelle, who lives at 11, Prince Bayo St., Igbogbo, Ikorodo, Lagos State, is confronting a charge of assaulting a 16-year-old young lady.
The prosecutor, Insp. Clifford Ogu, told the court that the denounced submitted the offense in November 2016 at Ikorodu.
Ogu said that the mother of the casualty took her to the place of the denounced for deliverance.
He stated, "The charged took the casualty to a waterway, showered her before taking her to a lodging.
"The charged assaulted the young lady and debilitated to execute her in the event that she tells anybody of what happened between them."
Ogu said that, from that point, the 16-year-old casualty felt wiped out. She was taken to the doctor's facility from where it found that she was pregnant.
He said the offense contradicted Section 259 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
The blamed, in any case, argued not liable to the charge.
Boss Magistrate Taiwo Akanni allowed the blamed N300,000 safeguard with two sureties in like entirety.
She decided that the case document be copied and sent to the State Director of Public Prosecutions (DPPs) for legitimate exhortation.
Akanni dismissed the case to April 5 when she would have liked to have gotten the DPPs' recommendation.
