List Of Songs Banned By NBC

The Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) has again banned some hit songs, requesting Media houses not to play these songs for different reasons ranging from obscene videos, vulgar lyrics, videos depicting violence and promotion of ostentatious lifestyle, indecent exposure and many more. A couple of Nigerian A list artistes such as Davido, Reminisce, Wizkid, Olamide,and Phyno were included in this list and to mys surprise even some international artist like Chris brown , Omarion and even Nicki Minaj were included in the list. Reasons for banning the songs include ‘obscene video, drug trafficking, vulgar lyrics, violence, among others. But looking through the list not all the songs are that bad o. So all these artist affected would no longer have some of their songs broadcasted by media houses under the NBC guide. NBC has really warned media houses not to broadcast these songs to avoid been slammed with heavy penalties. Below is a full list of songs banned….
