Buhari retires permanent secretaries

President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered mass retirement of permanent secretaries. Our correspondent learnt that not less than 17 of them were affected in the exercise. Buhari made the development known to the affected persons at a meeting he had with them inside the Presidential Villa on Tuesday. They were led to the closed-door meeting by the acting Head of Service. The exercise is coming about 24hours before the inauguration of ministers.
