appeared over the Union Building in Pretoria, South Africa on Thursday where Mandela’s body was lying in state. Madela’s body has been on display to the public since Wednesday and will remain so till Sunday, December 15th which is the official funeral day. It was a surprise to many as a rainbow appeared over the building.
